The purpose of preventative maintenance is to avoid failure and unnecessary wear and tear. The risk of sudden breakdowns are drastically minimized by having regular service checks of the crane systems.

Errors are often first showing halfway through a production, which can delay both the orders and employees – resulting in big losses. This can be avoided by doing a preventative maintenance check-up, which will end with the statutory service check.

The statutory service check is an annual inspection and a test load of the crane.

The test load is executed with a load of 125% of the cranes maximum workload. The load can ex. be lend by Danish Crane Building.
