Servicing your DCB Crane
DCB are available for service calls 24/7. If your crane isnt lifting we will make sure it gets up and running as fast as possible to ensure a low downtime.
We can connect to the PLC online and make a system diagnose and plan what is needed. We can also make adjustments to the software remote.
If the crane requires a technician on site we will send one – either from our HQ in Nibe, Denmark or our service partners from all over Europe.

DCB Service Agreement
With a Service Agreement from DCB we ensure your crane is always in good technical shape and obeys all legislative check ups required. We also do preventive maintenance to make sure downtime doesnt occur due to faulty components or lack of spareparts. DCB plan these visits at hours and times that suits your operation. We help to get Crane Service integrated into your Quality Assurance.
Service check ups should be done once per year at minimum. Having a Service Agreement with DCB goes beyond just checking the boxes. We also ensure the crane is fit to meet your productivity projections longterm. We consider us partners and walk the distance to help you meet your business goals.
DCB Service Agreements can be made for any crane you have – also non-DCB cranes. With DCB you only need one service partner for your entire fleet of cranes.
Spareparts
DCB cranes are built from hiqh quality components and we only use products we know will meet the demands and expectations of our customers.
We keep a stock of most spareparts at our HQ and can always deliver wear and tear parts fast with immediate delivery. If we dont have the part you need in stock DCB can pull on our broad international network to secure the part you need.
All standard wires can be delivered next day at very competitive prices.
